The Fourth Interim Report of the Standing Senate Committee on Energy, Environment and Natural Resources. The Report examines the impacts of population growth, economic activity and climate change on western Canadian water resources. The Committee argues for an increased federal role in protecting western water resources and makes recommendations on mapping aquifers and investment in water science.
